No matter what you may think of children, it can’t be denied that they’re incredibly bright when they want to be. This is especially true when it comes to avoiding homework, solving story problems and otherwise finding ways to get out of things they don’t want to do. Below we have a list of antics from children who found another way to solve a problem that was presented to them other than what was strictly intended. This kind of thinking outside the box tells us that these kids are going to go far, even if they get it wrong.
1. They Used Their Available Resources
This was an incredibly shrewd move on the students part, you must admit. After all, there’s nothing strictly saying that you can’t use the words that are right in front of you. To their credit, they used at least one word in their original answers that was harder than anything in the sentence they broke down. It seems like the teacher may need to rethink the next quiz.
