Many people are not so keen in cleaning their rooms or their desks, still all of us expect our kitchens and dining areas to have sufficiently hygienic conditions. But that is definitely not the case with the restrooms. So if we go to a public toilet or one inside a restaurant or office, we won’t bat an eye unless we can see chunks of turds all over the place or we can’t breathe in the pungent smell. After all, if many people are using a facility all day and there is no hourly cleaning scheduled, it is expected to be dirty.

However, a company in Fujian, China is determined to break this stereotype. This company is posting videos of its employees eating their food out of its office urinals. This is done in order to show how much the company is committed to cleanliness. In the video below, you can see a young female employee rolls around some rice balls in the urinal before happily placing them in her mouth. She actually seems to enjoy eating out of the urinals.

But this bizarre video does not end there. This female employee is then seen ordering her subordinates to repeat the same process. Her subordinates then calmly follow her lead and eat their meals after rolling them all over the urinals. This is totally gross! No matter how much anti bacterial solutions and other chemicals are used, you still can expect people to eat from a place where they previously discharged their urine. It’s just not about the germs or other microbes, but also about the disgusting feeling, one would get while trying to pull this off.

This footage became an instant viral once it was posted online by an employee. After numerous reactions, the company decided to come out. It explained that all this ordeal was nothing but a 25-year-old tradition to demonstrate how much the company value it’s cleanliness. But one has to wonder if such traditions that require extreme actions are actually required or if there are better and subtle ways to do so.

Well it’s up to you to decide if all this shenanigan made you trust the company’s value for cleanliness or gave you a good laugh over the ordeal of its employees!
